Spousal Privileges in Effect!
As of the March 27th 2004 Board meeting, a new “spouse benefit” has taken effect.
This amendment to the House rules is as follows:
“Spouse Benefit: A Member’s spouse or life partner is invited to make full use of all Club facilities, amenities and privileges (other than voting and serving on the Board of Governors) for a fee established by the Board of Governors from time to time. That fee is currently $150 per annum. A separate membership card is issued to the spouse or life partner. Spouses and life partners taking advantage of this benefit agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Club in the same way as a Member, and the Member remains responsible for the financial obligations incurred by the spouse or life partner to the Club.”
Members wishing to take advantage of this benefit should request so in writing to the attention of the Club Membership Director, Albertha Wilson. Please have your spouse also date and sign the letter.
