India House Club is dedicated to serving its members with the highest standard in dining and amenities, and to attract new members for whom India House provides a pleasant place to meet socially and as a convenient location to entertain  business associates.

The Club's membership and fiscal year runs from January 1st to December 31th. Those members who join during the year have their dues prorated by the month in which they join. The membership becomes effective upon payment of the initiation fee (if applicable) and membership dues. The initiation fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee.

Subsequent to the first year, annual dues for all members shall be payable on the first day of January of each year during the renewal period. Any member in default shall be notified in writing and if payment is not made within sixty (60) days of the date of notification, the member so remaining in default shall be removed from the Club. Any changes to a member's account must be made in writing, including change of address or membership cancellation.

Members shall be billed monthly for all Club charges to their accounts. Members shall be required to remit payment for all charges billed to their accounts within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any accounts remaining unpaid thereafter will be delinquent. The Governors may at their discretion impose such penalties and interest upon delinquent members and to suspend them from the privileges of the Club pending satisfaction of their indebtedness to the Club.

Members who lose their membership due to nonpayment of charges or dues may, upon payment of the balance due and all associated charges, apply for reinstatment subject to Board approval.
